The grapes in Korea are different than the table grapes here in the states. There aren't the variety (although that may not be the case now). I believe that the typical grapes found in Korea are Concord grapes with tough skin and lots of seeds. These are typically wine grapes but they taste good too, only the skin/seeds make eating them more difficult.
As for the "꿀" question, it is honey but it also could just mean sweet. Here is one for you along the same lines: "꿀떡"
