Another question popped up which is irritating me and instead of opening a new thread I thought it would be best to continue in this one.
If I want to say: There is a tree behind the house. -> 나무가 집 뒤에 있어요.
First off is this correct?
Second. If I want to make it the tree do I use "나무는" then?
And finally. How would I mix things up to say: A tree/a house; A tree/the house; The tree/a house; The tree/the house.
Sorry if this question is farfetched but it's bugging me ^^
Thank you for your time
Sammy
goossenssammy3006 wrote:Wow! I always thought that 은/는 were more specific and 가/이 were neutral. That changes a lot.
As for my question I'll try to explain it better by using more examples.
Let's say I'm in a shop telling the clerk what I want.
- I want that t-shirt, that sweater and that hat.
Here I want those specific items. So would I use 가/이 after each noun?
-I want a t-shirt, a sweater and a hat.
Here it doesn't matter what color or size. Would I use 응/는 after each noun?
-I want that t-shirt, a sweater and that hat.
Would this then be 티셔츠가 와 스웨터는 그리고 모자가.
Hope you understand my question a bit better now

내일 저는 늦게 학교 갈 거예요. Tomorrow I'll be going late to school. -> perfect!
내일 저는 새 차 살 거예요. Tomorrow I'll be buying a new car. -> perfect as well!:)
오늘 이거 바지 입어. Today I'm wearing these pants -> 오늘 이 바지를 입고 있어요.
어제 저거 바지 입었어. Yesterday I wore those pants. -> 어제 이 바지를 입었오요.
내일 치마 입을 거예요. Tomorrow I will be wearing a skirt. -> perfect!
이거 수업 쉬워. This lesson is easy. -> 이 수업은 쉬워.
이거 수업 쉬웠어. This lesson was easy. -> 이 수업은 쉬웠어.
이거 수업 쉬울 거예요. This lesson will be easy. -> 이 수업은 쉬울 거예요.
이거 수업 쉬워고 싶어. I want this lesson to be easy. -> 이 수업이 쉽기를 바래요.
Or you could also say as 이 수업이 쉬웠으면 좋겠어요.( this could be more natural if you say as in 'i wish this class was easy.')
This lesson was going to be easy. -> 이 수업을 쉬울 거예요.( there's no difference as English would with will and going to, unfortunately.)
I wanted this lessen to be easy. -> 이 수업이 쉽기를 바랬어요.
수업 쉬워지 마세요. Lesson, do not be easy! -> 수업이 쉽지 않았음 좋겠어요.(unfortunately this one cannot be translated fully as it is very English style of expression!haha but you could say 'i am hoping the class would not be easy!)
Would that be grammatically correct?

It will deffinitly help me further on.
Now as for my "homework"....
I am at the starbucks right now / i was at the starbucks at 3 / i will be at starbucks by x time.
저(는) 지금 스타 벅스에 있어요. / 저 세시(저는 세시에) 스타 벅스에 있었어요. / 저 일곱시(저는 일곱시에) 스타 벅스에 있을 거예요.
These next sentences are more geussing then actually knowing.
I wish i am at starbucks right now / i wish i was at starbucks earlier.
저 소원 지금 스타 벅스에 있어요.(저는 지금 스타벅스에 있음 좋겠어요) / 저 소원 아까 스타 벅스에 있었어요. (저는 아까 스타벅스에 있었으면 좋겠었어요.
or
저 지금 스타 벅스에 있어기를 바래요. / 저 아까 스타 벅스에 있었어기를 바래요.
P.s. You are the first person ever to adress me as Gooss, sounds funny :p
