It means: I arrived at dawn this morning. How about you Dominic?
오늘 새벽에 도착했어요...도미닉 선생님은요?
오늘= Today
새벽에= at dawn
도착했어= arrived (present tense being 도착하다)
은요?= If you use someones name or a personal pronoun before 은 or 는요 with a question in this way it's like asking the question how about you.
Example:
진호: 민지씨 어떻게 지내세요?
Jinho: Hey Minji how have you been?
민지: 잘 지내세요. 진호씨는요?
Minji: I'm doing well. And you?
My girlfriend used to write me text messages like thin all the time where there was no spacing between the words. It was kinda frustrating but by now I've kinda gotten used to it. Maybe you should ask your friend to put spaces between each word so it would be easier for you to distinguish and you could use a dictionary like Naver more easily.
Hope this helps
