My apologies if this is already posted...
I came across a website by Rosetta Stone that was pretty neat: http://sharedtalk.com/

I haven't yet tried the voice chat feature, but you can text chat and find people to practice Korean with. :)

I have also used the site and I love it. I have met a lot of people who are willing to help me learn Korean. And at the same time I am able to help them with there English. It is nice to be able to learn about there culture and stuff. ^-^
