All you have to do is type the name correctly after the slash.

No problem. @ is twitter syntax for a reply. For example, I just posted '@manyakif You're welcome' to my twitter, so you can see it among other tweets replying to you, and those following both you and me will see it in their twitter feed. However, those following just me will not see it in their twitter feed, since it doesn't pertain to them.

Don't worry, manyakumi.^^ My husband uses one of the most girly user names I've ever seen. If I didn't know who he was, I'd think he was female, too. =P
