Suggestions for 'healthful' treats for older Koreans

Postby xflibble » February 9th, 2009 1:06 am

I'm going to be around Seoul for a couple of weeks next month visiting my in-laws, both of whom haven't been that well. I know 건강 is important for Koreans, I was wondering if there are any places that would be good to take them while we are there. I was thinking of hot springs or something like that, but really don't know what the traditional recuperation things are for Koreans.

Also, there's a chance I may have some spare time. It might be cool to meet some people :) Message me an email address if you're interested...

Hot springs might be a good idea :) although sometimes, I find that older people don't like to travel to far-away places. Are you specifically thinking of some 'places' that you can take them to? :)

No, I'm not sure of any specific places to go, and would be happy to hear suggestions. My in-laws are not that old yet, but have had a bad year health-wise, so travelling isn't an issue.
