i was looking at noun modifiers again(은)ㄴ

would it make sense if i would say something like

I have small arms—-저는 작은 팔이 있어요.

or since "arms" is an object maybe should be

저는 작은 팔을 있어요.

Your first sentence is correct:

저는 작은 팔이 있어요.

You can never use 를/을 with 있다

Or you can also say as

저는 작은 팔을 가지고 있어요.

As Chris explained,
있다/없다 can't have an object word but a complement with 이/가 particles.

It's a lot like the suffix -ly in English. It turns an adjective into an adverb.

Don't get confused and think that 재미있게 has the same meaning as 'interestingly', though.

The sentence is talking about watching the video and finding it interesting.
