I voted but I shouldn't have because I have only ever eaten Korean food once. And I only had a couple things on your list.

To bring back an old thread...

I'm lucky that I really like Korean food! There's many things on that list that I love, even though I'm not much of a meat eater.

I voted for Kimchi, because that's just something I can eat anytime. I just like the plain type, not those crazy variations. Give me 배추 김치 anyday! But not that sliced radish cube-like type, aka 깍두기 김치. And don't even get me started on 물 김치...

그리고, 돌솥비빔밥도 좋아 해요! 더 매운, 더 맛있어요! (i.e. the spicier the tastier!)

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the food here!!

I love 돌솥비빔밥 and 김치 too!!! They're really really yummy, aren't they?

To give you a little correction your Korean expression (I hope you don't mind)

" the spicier, the tastier " = 매울 수록 더 맛있어요 !

Can you explain the grammar here? I understand that you've used the future modifier for the verb 맵다, and the "수" is probably the same little linking word used in such phrases as "내가 올 수 없습니다"/ I can't come. But I can't figure out the "록" word. 현우씨: 좀 도와 주세요!

The future modifier and 수록 go together: "verb-을/-ㄹ 수록 verb" to make the expression you used. 을/-ㄹ 수록 adds on to the verb preceding it.

For example: 한국말을 자주 쓸 수록 잘 할 수 있습니다. The more you use Korean the better you can speak (do) (it).

바쁠 수록 시간이 빨리 간다. The busier (you are) the faster time passes.

I don't know if it is the same 수 or not but this is how the form is used. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the explanation, Steved! It seems like it's just a set expression format I need to learn.

고맙습니다! :)

김밥을 진짜 좋아해요~! I like kimchi as well, but kimbap is probably my favourite, and it's fun to make as well!

저는 소피국 아주 좋아해. 소피국은 징끄럽지 않아요. 정말 맛있어요. 또는 보삼을 좋아요.

A long time ago in Korea, beef was hard to come by so they used all parts of the cow as possible. Even the blood was curded and used for soup. It is surprisingly very delicious.
