Syncing to SD card?

Postby maxiewawa » October 15th, 2008 10:06 am

I want to use my phone to listen to podcasts. To do this, I have to do is connect the SD card to my computer, and click/drag all the files that I want to listen to.

But is there a way to do this automatically? When I connect my iPod, everything is transferred over automatically, is there a way to do this with an SD card?

I think there's a syncing software out there but I'm pretty sure none of it is apple-branded or apple-friendly. Also, I think that using a USB SD card reader still doesn't trick windows into thinking it's anything other than an SD card.

Maybe Windows Media Player through portable device manager?

Here's a mac solution: http://mac.majorgeeks.com/download4834.html but it's a little outdated and not supported anymore ㅜ.ㅜ

Yeah, you can set up WMP to sync your library with a removable disk. I'm not sure how it would know that you had inserted the SD card from your phone, and not the one from your camera, for example, though...
