Are there any Korean children's songs that have any somber or macabre origins?

For example, in English, "Ring around a-rosie" alludes to the Black Plague (Ashes, ashes, we all fall down), while "Jack and Jill" features a potentially fatal skull fracture (Jack broke his "crown").
