Thanks for posting. It depends on the context (it would help if we could know the scenario in which this dialogue was used), but it could be a play of words/pronunciation:
내 맘이다 (it would usually mean, 'It's my decision', but here, '맘' also sounds like 'mom' in English, so the speaker was probably saying 'It's my mom!)
And the other person probably was saying
네 맘만 있냐 (Are you the only one with a mom? (I have one too)).
