아/어 + 야 되다
아/어 + 야 하다
아/어 + 도 되다


아/어 + 야 되다 and 아/어 + 야 하다 are basically interchangeable? and maybe 야 하다 is little bit stronger than 야 되다 but 야 되다 is more often used in dailylife ?
도 되다 is more commonly used in question, to ask is it okay to do ....?
This is my understanding and correct me if i am wrong .

아/어 + 야 하다

Both mean 'Should do something/Must to something'. The latter expresses a stronger intention to do something.
The third phrase:

아/어 + 도 되다

Is usually used to ask if it is okay to do something, or to answer(consent) to the question that yes, it is alright to do something.
