Meaning of words and phrases

Whenever I asked for recommendation of a good dictionary, I was get Naver. I'm not sure since I can seem to get straight answers from it, at least not in the style of the English Dictionary. Google translate and many online apps are simply not as good.

Can anyone tell me what's the meaning of 이잖아?
How do I use it? Examples please.

I meant "I was always told Naver" and "I can't seem to get straight answers from it"

Hello!

'수고하셨습니다' is more formal than '수고했습니다' although both can be used. It is an expression used by elders to younger people, not the other way around.
