Flashcards "Hanging"

Hi,

does anyone have a similar issue?

Since yesterday my flashcards won't advance. I click on any set (including the "learn all" one) and it starts showing me cards. I click OK on them, everything seems fine. But when I start again I get shown the same cards and this goes on over and over again.
