Language practice/exchange

I really want to find someone to practice speaking Korean with, or anything else related to learning Korean. I find the more I use my Korean, the more I learn, but it has been hard to find serious people through language exchange sites. Mostly I find crazy people just looking to date or meet people, not strictly language practice or exchange. If you are finding the same problem, and or want to practice, I would be interseted in talking to you over skype or kakao. It would In It would be great if Korean101 had a language exchange/practice feature.
