flash card trouble

I had trouble today with the flashcards showing just one word, and then going to "done". Also, often when I am finished, and have hit "easy" for most of them, it still shows that I have mastered zero. I'm guessing the quirks in flashcards are still being worked out? they were working pretty good for awhile! thanks.

Is anyone aware there is a problem? I usually use Google Chrome, the website wouldn't even load in IE! Anyone use Firefox and are the flashcards working ok with that?

Thank you for posting about the flashcards. This is actually part of the spaced repetition system that the new flashcards use.
Your deck will be available for review again in the near future, but if you would like to study more right away, here are some steps you can take:
- Raise the Cards per Session and New Cards per Session limits in settings
- Add new cards to the deck
- Build new decks
We will be implementing a feature that notifies when a deck is due for review again soon, and are working on a new interface that will make the spaced repetition system easier to understand.

Myflashcards are all gone. I tried creating new decks but nothing seems to be working. Are the current sets Ive been working on gone? Will they come back? Has anyone else had this problem. I logged in yesterday and all my sets are just gone?!?

Mine were gone, too. I couldn't create new decks, either. Thought I'd wait and see what happens tomorrow!

Mine are gone as well. I hope this is just a temporary glitch - I've been finding them quite helpful! Aside from the lessons and lesson notes, this is what I think of myself paying for.

To those who are reporting the problem of flashcard decks disappearing, could you please let us know what browser (and version) and what OS you are using? Please also try accessing the flashcards in another browser to see if it is a browser issue. This will help us in identifying and fixing the problem.

I use Mozilla Firefox on Microsoft Windows XP. I also tried it out on Internet Explorer and still couldn't access the flashcards.

I can't even see all my decks. I try to add the decks again and it tells me they are already there, but they are not.
