Hi, guys.
I'll take the rest.
orbiter wrote:1) What is the difference between "드리도록 하겠습니다" and "드리겠습니다"...?
Same.
The former one sounds more polite a bit.
orbiter wrote:2) Can we use it in other tenses e.g. "드리도록 하셨습니다"; "드리도록 하고 있습니다"
드리도록 하셨습니다 doesn't make sense.
Because,
드리다 is a humble version of 주다.
So, the one who is honored from 'me' by using 하셨습니다 can't be the subject of the verb 드리다.
It only works if the one who receives is the highest and the one who gives is lower than the one who receives but is higher than me.
Could you understand me?
드리도록 하고 있습니다 is okay to use.
orbiter wrote:3) I'm thinking that this structure denotes politeness, so there won't be a "주도록 하겠습니다"? or a "드리도록 했어"?
주도록 하겠습니다 is okay too.
The one who receives must be in lower position than the listener.
드리도록 했어 is also okay.
In this case, the one who receives is in higher position than the person who gives, the listener and me.
Hope this helps.
