안녕하세요! I have some problems with a sentence I found in my workbook.
The sentence is: 젊어 보인다고 하시니 기분이 좋군요.

I don't understand the grammatical form 고 하시니 I think 시 is simply the honorific form but what about 고 하니?

You are correct about 시 being used to denote respect, the rest of the pattern (as I understand it) can be likened to "and so" or "and therefore" acknowledging the previous fact or condition and pointing to subsequent relevant information.
