Was this a comment left on some forum or youtube? I'm just going to guess that it was a comment left on some web page for a band or singer nicknamed '느낌이' (feeling) and that the author is either very young or his/her native language is not Korean. Oh well I will give it a shot, hopefully Tim will be along to give is his translation.

I agree, and in a normal letter or telephone conversation I would translate it the same way (e.g. "I miss you so much"). The reason I translated it the way I did was that "I miss you so much" indicates that they have met before, and my belief that this was a comment meant for a singer or band, by a FAN that probably had not met or seen him/them live/in person led me to believe the writer's intended meaning was "I really want to meet you" or "I really want to see you (e.g. 'live' 'in concert' etc.)."

Both can be used.
Usually the latter ones are grammatically better though,
The former ones can be used when you want to make a song or literary sentences.

I see clearly now that based on an the assumption this was a comment left for a singer I grossly misread read the sentence "느낌이 노래를 듣고 울고 싶은!" . Although I know "느낌" means "feeling," the only way I could make sense of the sentence was to change "이" to "의" "느낌의 노래를 듣고 울고 싶은" ..so I was thinking 'When I listen to band-name의 songs, ergo "느낌의" 노래를 듣고 but your translation makes perfect sense starting with "이 노래를 듣고 울고 싶은 느낌" it almost sounds poetic that way.

아무튼 "느낌이"보다 더 이상한 밴드 이름들이 있으니까 youtube에서 검색 했는데 "느낌이"란 밴드 못 찾았어요.
