OK, I think I made a mistake. [spoiler]Perhaps it really is asking for the losers to come to the counter. I think a pager is a 삐삐. I just assumed that there was some double meaning there. Perhaps there is and I missed it...[/spoiler]

I'm not sure EXACTLY what 당구 refers too...but I imagine is the pocketless game. It's really interesting. Basically you try and hit each of your balls without hitting any opponents balls.

You can usually find "pocket ball" too which is what standard 8-ball billiards

Yeah, I found the same strange problem as Austin. But, I think Steved's explanation probably makes the most sense.

The pocketless versions of the game are generically called 'Carom billiards'...
