So a lot of foreigners and tourists use a taxi to travel around in Seoul |

And these seats are for disabled people, old people, and pregnant people. And Korean people tend to not sit there even if the seats are empty. So, well, when you see these seats are empty, just leave them empty, because that's what Korean people do. |
