I think that the "다쓴" should have a space "다 쓴"
In which case the sign says:
[spoiler](We) buy used ink cartridges.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]다쓴 should be 다 쓴, and 다 쓴 is like... "used up" :-) 쓰다 has several meanings! :-) maybe I'll use this verb 쓰다 for another "Korean Words with Many Faces posting" :-) [/spoiler]

Thanks for the explanation.

I hope to see more of those vocab posts! The previous two were very useful in learning how to use those words. ^^

Because they can be "recycled" and filled with new ink. Then they're sold again. If you buy a different printer, chances are that you'll need different cartridges too. So if you have old ones sitting around, you could turn them in to some cash! (And maybe afford a roll of 김밤)
