so i am still obsessively stalking this show... and ep 14 just came out, and OMG!!!!!!!! yes, i just said oh-em-gee, for the record.

i can't believe everything that just happened. o.O




however, i think the drama is going a little overboard in the last, hmm... 10 episodes or so. hah... i will watch it till the end though. that's the thing with these dramas, they're like pringles - once you watch, you can't stop. you have to finish a drama! you just have to!

You're so lucky, holdfast, that you can watch them as soon as they come out! I have to wait for the subtitles. I could probably pick up a few things without, but even if I understood everything, I've been kinda watching it with Robert, and he doesn't understand anything! (Despite his exposure to Korean through me!) I think the last ep we watched was... 12. Can't wait for more!!!

Also: I sort of know what you mean about it sometimes going a bit overboard, but hey, that's Korean drama for you! And furthermore... it's based on anime, so it's bound to be a little weird here and there! LOL.

And I think you're being a bit too polite when you say "a little overboard." This show is ridiculously cheesy and unreal, but somehow also manages to be addictively fun, to the point where we forgive the writers for all the Jandi's-in-distress-again-but-oh-wait-it's-F4-to-save-the-day scenes. ; ) Ah... so much fun.

yes, the "jandi is gonna die oh wait f4 (or junpyo, or random korean lady that we don't know yet but is going to turn out to be junpyo's arranged fiance later) is there to save her" scenes in every episode are a little ridiculous.

And who are the F4 actors? I don't know very much about Korean actors..are they newbies or have they been acting for a long time? JiHoo and YiJung have nice smiles, JunPyo looks a little goofy...

i think there are going to be like 24 episodes... but i'm not sure.

구주표 goo junpyo is played by 이민호 lee minho - i am pretty sure he is a new actor
윤지후 yoon jihoo is played by 김현중 kim hyunjoong of idol group ss501 - this is is very first acting job (and he's absolutely gorgeous, i'm just saying..^^)
소이정 so yijeong is played by 김범 kim bum - he is an actor who has been on a lot of shows
송우빈 song woobin is played by 김준 kim joon from music group t-max (the annoying "almost paradise" song) - i don't know if he has acted before.

I wonder what's going to happen to 지후 in the end. I mean, 잔디 is sure to end up with 준표 right? I feel so sorry for him, he's so endearing in the show.

Currently, I'm so addicted to the songs 파라다이스 & 내 머리가 아파서 ㅋㅋㅋ I think they're really nice songs.

Lee Min Ho isn't that new, but he's definitely a lot newer than Kim Bum in the drama scene. Lee Min Ho acted in this drama called Go Mackerel, if I'm not wrong.

I am so obsessed with this drama that I watch it on Mondays and Tuesdays and spend the rest of the week searching up information and miscellaneous clips and photos of them, lol.

I love the Ga Eul/ Yi Jeong (Kim Bun and Kim So Eun) coupling! (:

I just watched the drama. I must admit that I also addicted to it. I really like Jun Pyo ( Lee min ho). As Lilacdreams mentioned he is not new. I just watched the drama called 'I am sam' He aslo played in the drama, but he was not the main actor. For this drama he is very cute. I like him better than Jiho (sorry if I offense some of you.) I also love the songs. They are really beautiful.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that lives from Monday-Tuesday to the next week for Kkotboda Namja!

I love Lee MinHo so much. Almost more than I like Super Junior (yes, that's right..I'm almost 23 and I love SUJU).

I've been finding that my Korean is improving by watching this show...but then again, I'm finding that the subs aren't translating exactly.

What am I going to do with my life when this drama is over?!?!?!

tuesday is the last day! i am sad. and i am afraid they are going to try to fit too much into those two episodes.......... and they aren't going to have enough time to fit everything in and wrap up all the story lines (they are adding some new twists in the next episode)..

if they follow the hanayoridango story line faithfully (like they have been) then it will be 준표 and 잔디 in the end. i love 지후 but i can't deny that 잔디 really does love 준표 - i am so torn! i don't know who i would want her to end up with (but i still like 지후 better ㅋㅋㅋㅋ).

and as far as the bad subs go - i guess that depends on where you are watching it - i have seen some bad subs and some pretty good ones for this drama floating around... but the better your korean becomes, the more you will realize that no subs are perfect, for any show (and a lot of them are pretty bad, actually)... but most of the subs for korean tv online are made by teenage girls who are just trying to help their non korean speaking friends to at least understand what is going on, so i am still thankful for them. ^^

i want to learn how to sub so i can help out too. i've watched so much korean tv while dependent on subs, and now that i don't need subs anymore i want to do my part. alas, i am afraid it is really tedious and time-consuming, so i am not sure that i will be joining any subbing teams any time soon... ):

anyway, I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and TUESDAY!!!!!!

I must say I really enjoyed watching the last few episodes. Showcases the actors' acting skills, whereas in the earlier episodes they basically just looked good. And I liked the ending too.

But I'm just wondering what Jandi was thinking of when she fell into the pool. Was she going to surface by herself if nobody rescued her? She couldn't possibly be thinking of committing suicide...

And one (not very prominent) character I really liked in the show was Mr Jung, the assistant of Junpyo's mother.

one of the best i've seen..

love the jun pyo, ji hoo, jan di... etc.. they acted well in it, althought not perfect,
but they are new actor, it's a good start.

watch lee min ho in the drama i'm sam (mysoju.com) he looks diff...

lee min ho on certain angles, sometimes looks like jerry yan, really handsome.

kim hyun joong i love him in we got married variety show, it's funny!
i love him in SS501...
