You have to drop the 의, because that means 'of' So 이것은 누구예요? But usually when you speak informal language like that you would just say 이거 누구예요? I guess in some cases it might be nicer to say 이 사람이 누구예요? Because that means 'Who is this person?' instead of 'Who is this (thing)?'

Who is this와 Whose is this 잘 구별했으면 좋겠어요 ..... Who is this는 '누구인가?이고 Whose is this는 누구의 것이냐 묻는 거에요.
