Visiting Korean Church

Postby wiliam88885898 » April 18th, 2016 2:57 pm

Hi korean lovers!!

I have an idea but I never put it into practice... I was wondering if any of you guys ever tried to visit a Korean Church and see how much you can understand?

Thanks.

Hi Will,

Please let us know if you decide to attend a Korean church service! A few words you will hear will be '아멘(a-men)', or 'Amen', and '하나님(hananim)', or 'God'.

Cheers,
Lyn

This is something I've wanted to try out, too. It's odd in that where I live there isn't a very big Korean population at all yet there's a Korean church in the city; it's been there for years!

Hello,

Thank you for posting. Protestantism, Roman Catholicism and Buddhism are prominent in Korea, so you WILL see a lot of churches in Korea.
Please let us know if you do attend a church service in Korea!

Best,
Lyn
