I wish I could help you find this book...I actually found it in the States, but I think it was imported from Korea. I haven't seen it in stores in Seoul, but apparently you can get it on-line in you're in Korea.

It is a collection of Korean folk tales and legends retold in really simple language. If you already have a basic understanding of Korean grammar, and some vocabulary this book will be you new best friend. Each story is followed by a glossary.

Again, good luck hunting it down!

I found it at Kyobobook when I was in Seoul, November 2006...So it's around, but I was in there a few times, and it was only there on one occasion.

Kyobobook has it, but not a beginner-friendly site :) My wife always has to help me.

The book looks interesting and should make a nice change for me - I've been reading bilingual texts that were produced by YBM for use by Korean students learning English, but they're just fine using them the other way round :P

YES24 is my favourite book site. Especially if you know what you're after.
