Hi Mikko,

Thanks for posting. We still cannot see the full text of the bottom sentence of the poster.
Having said that, 강성국가 means 'strong nation'.
The bottom sentence seems to be saying 'Let's move forward until we reach our final victory', but we cannot be sure unless we get the full photo.
