How do define "stuff" in Korean??

Postby rooraa » January 14th, 2010 6:52 am

While I was talking to my Korean penpal, I told her "I'm doing stuff for scholarships". However she didnt' understand what "stuff" meant. And even though I tried my best to define it for her, I failed horribly...

Example of its uses:
I'm doing stuff.
I have stuff to do.
Where's your stuff?
What is that stuff?

I don't even really know how to explain it in English!

hello rooraa

안녕하세요! how are you? :D
Let me help you a little bit *^^*

I'm doing stuff. -->나 뭐 (좀) 하고 있어.
I have stuff to do. ---> 나 할 일이 있어.
Where's your stuff? --->너꺼 어디 있어?
What is that stuff? --->그거 뭐야?

I just translated more natural. It's informal style. :wink:

Can you romanize those? I'm a beginner and it would be impressive if I could pronounce it correctly. ^_^
