Me, I, Mine, You, Your, etc....

I've been studying for a while and I'm still having a bit of trouble using some basic words when I'm referring to myself when talking. Using, Me, I, Mine, You, Your, etc...seems difficult as I think there are many ways to say them. If anyone can offer a clear explanation or perhaps some examples of how they are used correctly that would be great.

I think this is best explained through examples, so I'll give you some illustrations of the different ways to refer to yourself and then break down how they are constructed.

*저는 제프라고 합니다. (I + topic particle)
My name is Jeff.

*저를 기억하세요? (I + object particle)
Do you remember me?

*저도 서울에 살아요. (I + too)
I live in Seoul too.

*"누가 짜장면을 주문하셨어요?"
저요. (I) <- This isn't really a formal construction. It's just a one word statement.
"Who ordered Jjajangmyeon?"
I did.

*제가 사는 건물이에요. (I + subject particle)
It's the building where I live.

*제 이상형 여자는 이효리랑 같은 여자예요. (I + possessive 저의 -> 제)
My ideal type of woman is a woman like Lee Hyori.

Now in Korean, there are two words for "I", 저 and 나. 저 is used to humble yourself, so use it with people you don't know, have a formal relationship with, or have a higher social status than you.

저는 = 나는
저를 = 나를
저도 = 나도
저요 = 나
제가 = 내가
제 = 내

In cases where you would be using 나 instead of 저, you can just substitute it into the sentence, but also remember to adjust the politeness level at the end of the sentence if the situation calls for it.
