Confuse about something

I got a question which has been bothering me for quite awhile...
Btw i only started Korean like 2 months ago so pardon me

Okay u guys know the word 공부하다 right?
I know 공부합니까is normal way of asking and 공부하십니까? Is formal way of asking.
So is there any 공부하습니까?
And if 공부하십니까 is the formal way of asking den what is the formal way for 먹다?
먹습니다?is this it?

The ending -습니까/ -ㅂ니까? Is the formal/honorific question ending which corresponds to the formal/honorific ending -습니다/-ㅂ니다. So if you want to ask any question in a formal situation you would use -습니까/ -ㅂ니까?

Ex:

지금 공부합니까?
Are you studying now?

사과를 먹습니까?
Are you eating an apple?

If you want to ask a question in the polite style you just use 공부해요, but raise your voice at the end to indicate you are asking a question.

Ex: (With the same sentences as before)

지금 공부해요?

사과를 먹어요?
