What does "oppa nappa" means?

any english meaning of this word/phrase?

오빠 나빠 means "Older brother is bad", but it seems like a girl would use this sentence speaking directly to someone whom they thought of as an 오빠, using 오빠 in place of 'you', so yu could translate it as "You're bad!".

Also there's an omitted subject partical -가 after 오빠.
