is there a difference between the two or can I use them indifférement l'un ou l'autre ?

어제나 doit etre 언제나,

And 언제나 and 항상 are identical - the only difference lies in the person preference, but personally, I say 항상 more often and write 언제나 more often. I rarely 'say' 언제나 in a conversation. :)

il n'y a donc pas de différence fondamentale

so, is it the same for the differents words for saying "and "
I've seen that you have 3 words to say" and /with "....( 랑 , 하고 et j'en avais aussi repéré un autre mais maintenant je ne me rappelle plus )

-(이)랑 and -하고 and -와/과 are for linking nouns, but -고 and -(으)며 are for linking verbs. They all just mean 'and'.
