How to say DEAR and your thoughts on ROSETTA

I want to write a fan letter to my Korean idol. I was wondering how to say dear as in "Dear Son Dongwoon (손 동운)," (yes, that is the idol's name).
I am still not sure if I will write the letter in Korean or English (it's been reported that he knows English), but I would like to start the letter that way.

I think it's 에게 so it would be 손 동운에게.

I'm not 100% positive that's it though.

when you write a letter, you can use " 동운에게" as fjma123 said.
Young people use English as well like" To 동운/Dear 동운".

BONUS
Here are some examples.(looks more intimate as a fan I think^^)
나의 왕자님께(To my prince)/ 나의 동운님께(To my 동운)/사랑스런 동운님께(To lovely 동운)
I think a letter is just like English style so don't worry.

And I bet if you try to write a letter in Korean, he will get more interest in your letter.
A fan letter should have something different and special to make him get into it.*^^*

You're right about it being unique, but he is an artist in Korea so maybe the English would... "lure" him in? haha. Though, I think I will try a bit of both.

It seems like fans call their idols 오빠 a lot, and I've picked it up. haha.

I don't have much (or any, haha) experience in writing letters to Korean celebrities, but you should say 동운 오빠, not 오빠 동운.

I have to give my thoughts on Rosetta Stone. I don't like it at all. I had Rosetta Stone when I was learning Spanish.

Actually, it could be a good program if it was geared towards beginners and (*possibly*) lower intermediates. But the company wants to promote "fluency", and that will not happen by only using Rosetta Stone. And with so many alternatives out there that are much cheaper and free, it's useless to spend such an amount of money, in my opinion of course.
