I see it alot in comments on homepages... what does it mean? I can't seem to find a definition for "퍼가다" or "퍼다"...?

It means 'I'm taking this'. People post that as courtesy when they click the '스크랩' button, which will post the content on their page.

Its original form is 푸다 and this is an irregular verb.

푸 + ㅏ/ㅓ 가다 -> 퍼 가다
