meaning of 알고 없다

Hello ! please i need help! ,i know ~고 있다 is used to express the present progressive but
I wander if the ending " ~고 없다! " can means something ex:알고 없다 ?!
and can i use use it with any verb?.

Hi,

Thanks for posting. The opposite of ~고 있다(in the process of doing something) would be ~고 있지 않다(not in the process of doing something).
For example:

공부하고 있다 <-> 공부하고 있지 않다.
