Can somebody help me translate a few of these words?

Hey, whats up guys ive been watching a few dramas with the Korean subtitles and ive been trying to translate them using the korean dictionary, but it can translate some of the words.
What is ... 꼬르륵대, 고롱대, 일단 is that an instrument? ...and 대 나줘..would mean give me something..dont know what the first word is.

If someone could translate these words I would really appreciate it!~~ This is my first time using this forum

It will help if you give the entire context of the words for which you are searching. In one of your examples you asked about the meaning of "대" - there are about 6 different meanings for this word depending on the way it is used.

The Korean language has unbelievably vast numbers of homonyms, words that sound and are spelled exactly alike in Hangul, but have different meanings according to the Chinese character root meaning. Some short simple words may have as many as 10 different meanings - no exaggeration.

꼬르륵대(다) -like gurgling sound in stomach or bubbling liquid

고롱대(다) -like wheezing sound

일단 -first, first of all, for now
