Have anyone succeeded to get a refund?

Hi,

Earlier tonight, I wanted to subscribe to ONE month to Koreanclasses101. Everything goes out smoothly when ordering, I choose one month option and entered my credit card information. But when it's done, I saw a notice saying that I just payed 240$$$$$$ for 24 months!! It went all soo wrong! For a poor student like me, how can I afford to pay 240$. I almost had a heart attack and I still can't stay calm...

After reading koreanclasses101 policy, I learned that they promise to refund when the customer is not satisfied (thx god!!) So I send them a message asking for refund right away!

But I still can't stay calm!!!! Can anyone, who has successfully got a refund, tell me that I will surely get my refund? amd How long do they normally take to get back to you and refund?

Please help! I desperately need An answer!! :cry: :cry:

I just went through the same thing!

I cannot afford to do this much at one month! I immediately canceled my subscription and I really hope I get contacted asap! I sent two emails. I can't stay calm either!

Same with me, I just joined yesterday and I was thought it was a monthly subscription and it turn out to be a 24months subscription. I emailed for a refund and still have not received a response yet.

Same with you case, the refund has already been sent. Please be informed that our Payment Team does not operate on weekends and it can take sometimes over 48h for the refund to be issued.

I am totally in the same case as you are...I have just sent refund request by email to . How long can i get back my refund. Coz at first i just signed up for 1 month and i did not expect that koreanclass charge me up 240.. That's out of my imagination .. I can not afford that big amount of money..... :((..Plz help me

I just bought a premium account thinking it would be monthly payments of 23/month but it took out for the full 24 month payment at once. This is very misleading. Anyone know how long it takes for the refund? Its very important for me.
