Learn Koren - Complete Audio Course won't play

I recently downloaded the Learn Korean - Complete Audio Course (in case the topic didn't give it away). When I attempt to listen I get a pop-up window that says I need .NET Framework version 4.0.30319 installed. According to my Windows folder and regedit that is the version I have. I installed the latest update when the audio didn't play originally. I know you're not a Microsoft tech support site but maybe you are familiar with the problem. Thank you.

Jae - Thank you for your quick response. There were a lot of good ideas at that link you posted. None of them worked however. I think my problem is enough of an annoyance that I might have to re-install Windows. My system is running really well but there are a few issues and I think starting over will make me feel better. (I have next week off anyway.) Thank you again for getting back to me.
