Thank you for letting us the problem.

For most web-browsers, if you click the MP3 file although it is for downloading, the web-browsers automatically download it and play it on the web-browser.

In this case, I'd like to recommend you click right button on the 'download link', then click 'save it as..'. You can download the Mp3 file in this way for any browsers.
