To help Speaking from lessons

I feel that Speaking practice is lacking from the lessons. I have improved reading, writing, listening, but speaking which is the most important is my weakest.

In college, every lesson had to be recited with my teacher 1on1. Perhaps you can set up the dialogue in the lessons the same way.

Person A: blank
Person B: --audio--
Person A: blank
Person B: --audio--

and vise versa..

That way we memorize the entire dialogue and are able to use them in a pretend conversation.

Is there any other way to practice speaking from within the site? A lot of people do not have access to Korean friends and culture so its tough to practice speaking.
