Skype does seem more simple than adding a new feature, but I don't have Skype.

Skype is easy to download and install...the problem is that we're all in such different time zones that it's hard to coordinate meetings. Could there be some suggested times where people could meet, perhaps two or three throughout the week, that everyone could pick from?
