Premium Plus Membership..

I tired looking for more info on this topic but couldn't find any? Once one has signed up for premium plus membership, and get's a tutor to message to on Skype... Will an administrator send them a message and tell them the Skype ID of the professoror what? How does that all work out? Thanks.
