HideHello Eric,
It seems the audio works fine with the video .Could you try it with a different web-browser, or download the video and see if you still have the same issue? If then, please send us an email at contactus@KoreanClass101.com so that we can take a look at the issue closely.
Thank you for your patience,

I don't seem to be getting audio out of either the audio or video lessons. I have to download these lessons before I get audio. I turned the volume on for the lesson, but get no sound. Please advise.

it would be great if they told you the english translation afterwards because some of the things that they are doing aren't clear so i have to look it up if i don't know what they are talking about
I am confused about what the Grammar List is. Where do I find it?

Hi Natalie,
You are right.
์ป๊ณ ์๋ค is pronounced as ssit-kko it-tta.
present ์ป๋๋ค
present progressive ์ป๊ณ ์๋ค
past ์ป์๋ค
But there are more variations depending on tense/politeness level.

Claire

Hello!
Why is it spelled ์ป but pronounced ssi??
shouldn't the ใ in the batchim position make it a 't' sound?
Also how do you form the 3 different tenses (present, present progressive, and past) from the infinitive (i.e. TO....)

This series of videos would be a bit more helpful if the English words were displayed with the Korean in the video, to know exactly what the Korean word or sentence is referencing in the pictures. Sometimes it is not obvious just from the pictures, or there are several things the words could be describing in the given picture or scene. I found the English translations in the lesson materials, but having them in the video itself would be more helpful.
Overall I like the site. It's sometimes not easy or intuitive, but with repetition I'm starting to pick it up, thanks. :)

Hi Hazlinda,
The past tense of ๋ฆ๋ค is ๋ฆ์๋ค.
You would hear some people pronounce it as ๋ฆ์๋ค. But it is not written that way.
Hope this helps. :)

Claire

Why is it ๋ฆ์๋ค instead of ๋ฆ์๋ค ?
Hey Lea,
You could absolutely use lesson materials as well as PDFs as a reference!;)
Thank you

I have a question how come it doesn't tell us what the words mean in English?
Hey Vi and Maria,
Vi - ๋จน๋ค is the regular form as you seem to be well aware!:) and ๋จน๊ณ , ๋จน์ด is the changed form in order to mean in a different way by the particles. Therefore, the meaning itself stays as to eat but only a slight change.
Maria - boy means ๋จ์์์ด while man means ๋จ์! ;)
Thank you

Hello,
Is boy ๋จ์ ์์ด or just ๋จ์?
Hi. I would like to ask about the form of the verb "eat."
So in the video, there is one sentence as an example of the verb ''eat'': ๊ฐ์กฑ์ด ์์นจ์ ๋จน๊ณ ์๋ค.
My concern is if ๋จน๊ณ is different from ๋จน์ด, and how it is different.
Thank you very much.
