I have never tried it but it sounds yummy ^^
There's a lot of variations of it and well, do you have your own personal yummy recipe for it?
I love it - but I especially enjoy eating 돌솥 비빔밥. And there's no set recipe - just prepare a nice pot of rice and cut up/season/saute vegetables such as spinach, carrots, 표고 버섯 (shiitake mushrooms), radish - basically, the sky's the limit. Then, if you want, you can add some cooked meat and a fried egg (or a portion of raw beef and a raw egg yolk if you're working with a hot 돌솥). And a bit of sesame oil at the end - tightens up the flavor.
