Korean Penpal

I talk through Skype but I'd like to learn Korean and maybe help someone with their English, and just overall get to know someone.

I'd also like people around my age, 19. I get a lot of people who are like... 40 or something and while I don't really care about age or appearance it's just really awkward? So maybe around 18-25 years, not really much older/younger, and preferably speak a decent amount of English so we can communicate decently.
