What does it mean?

Hello there,

Thank you for commenting. The post you received is made of slang words which are not used in the common dictionary.
'쉐키' -->'새끼' (kid, bastard, that person(in a not so kind way))
'간지네'-->간지나다-->간지 actually is a foreign word that came from Japan, meaning 'leaving an impression', which is used in Korea to compliment people on their fashion sense.
So basically this person is saying that you have fashion sense (but using slang words).
