Topik Test from EPS TOPIK Entry

Dear Sir,

I am happy to post a question of mine which is very useful for me to know about test.
I already passed EPS TOPIK EXAM and now i am eligible to enter legally in KOREA for E9 Visa.
I want to further appear TOPIK TEST after entering into KOREA, can i be legal to give TOPIK TEST I & II. So, that i can explore further career opportunities in Korea. Better job with Korean companies, if i passed the exams.

Please tell me about legal compliances.
