Export Word Bank To Excel csv

Postby abutton52522308 » December 13th, 2012 2:19 pm

When I export from my word bank to excel csv the Koran characters don't show up right - they are garbled. Can you help me with this? My Windows XP already has East Asian language support - I can see and type hanguel.

The PDF displays the characters properly but the export includes the romanization, something I don't want.
The XML displays the hanguel properly but everything else is displayed as html code and when I try to open the file with a web browser it says there is no style applied.

Thanks.

Hi Adams,

We're sorry for the slow response.

On your excel spreadsheet, could you select the font as 'Gulim' and see if that works fine? Sometimes, the default font is not supporting Korean characters correctly, so you might see the problem although you have multi-language support pack.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Jae
