I can't access the PDF's anymore

Hey all,

So today I found out I am unable to open any PDFs, be it free or premium, even though I have a 24 month subscription which expires somewhere in 2013 - so there's still plenty of time left!

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Thank you for letting us know the issue. We’re sorry for the inconvenience that you have on PDF notes.

Our tech team will fix the issue soon. Meanwhile, could you log out, clearn your cookies and caches (you can clean them under the preference menu of your browser), then log in back again? It seems like this issue is related to the temporarily saved information. If you still have the problem although you tried this process, please send mail at
