The Focus of This Lesson Is - Noun + (으)로서 (an Indicator of Social Position/Qualifications)
Formation: (Rule #1): Noun + 로서 - If there is no 받침 (ending in a vowel) or if the noun ends with a ㄹ 받침
(Rule #2): Noun + 으로서 - If there is a 받침 (ending in a consonant) at the end of the noun
Example - 1. "As a friend"
친구 + 로서 => 친구로서
2. "As a human being"
사람 "a human being" + 로서 "as" => ____________
3. "As parents"
____ "parents" + _____ "as" => _____________
4. "As a child / as children"
